Turvey

Currently, a significant portion of my professional engagements is with Inspired Villages. Inspired Villages is not just any establishment; they specialize in catering to the needs of the retired community. Their primary objective is to offer comfortable and tailored living solutions for the elderly, ensuring they have a serene and conducive environment during their golden years. To realize this goal, Inspired Villages has established multiple communities or 'villages' strategically spread across the UK.

One such village is located in Turvey, a notable project consisting of 76 apartments. My role in this project was serving as the Project Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the construction from the initial phase right through to its completion. I liaised with the main contractor, ensuring that every aspect of the project aligned with the desired specifications and quality standards.

Phase 5 has evolved to encompass various maintenance tasks and tenant support activities. As maintenance assistant for the village, now responsible for maintaining the infrastructure to ensure it remains in excellent condition. This includes promptly addressing any maintenance-related issues that may arise. Moreover, I have taken on the additional responsibility of assisting incoming tenants by completing necessary tasks or modifications to ensure their seamless and comfortable transition into their new homes.
