Nottinghill
In my capacity as the Project Manager, I was entrusted with overseeing a multifaceted and exciting project. The scope of the project was both expansive and unique, catering to educational and recreational needs.
The initial phase involved the construction of a sports hall located in the basement. This was no ordinary task, as basements pose their own set of challenges, from ensuring proper ventilation and lighting to guaranteeing that the space is conducive for sports activities.
Once the sports hall was completed, the project shifted its focus upwards. Directly above the basement sports hall, new classrooms were conceptualized and constructed. These classrooms were designed to provide optimal learning environments, ensuring adequate space, lighting, and acoustics.
But the crowning feature was yet to come. On the rooftop, above the newly installed classrooms, a sports pitch was introduced. This was a strategic utilization of space, ensuring that the facility offers both academic and sports amenities within its confines.
Throughout these phases, as the Project Manager, I was responsible for ensuring that each segment of the project adhered to the timeline, budget, and quality standards, while also meeting the specific needs and expectations of the stakeholders.
